Listen. This is the best dispensary you will ever find in Chicago. Now go around the entire city and tell me I’m wrong. Because I’m not! I have received more than customer service. The welcoming staff are always on time. The prices are always good. The in and out experience is what every person should have. I can go on and on but I rather you experience it for yourself. Definitely rude customer service all employees were not paying attention they were busy talking to eachother rather than helping customers. This was my first time here and definitely wont be returning. Ive been to multiple dispensaries across the country and never experienced such a terrible situation. They didn’t give me any instructions and didn’t bother to give me any eye contact. If i was new to cannabis i would be turned off. Employees need better customer service training. – Nicolette Jordan

Excellent shopping experience! This was my first time here. Navigating the webpage was easy and the store staff was very friendly . From the security guard named Terrell outside greeting me, the young lady precious who checked my ID and Xris the gentleman who rung up my order. He was very polite, explanatory and offered me the option to sign up for a rewards account. I’ll definitely be back here! – Vette D
A special shout out to Precious. She gets a 5 star. I went to Grasshoppers Club Dispensary and they were so rude so I left and look up another dispensary and I found this location. Precious could tell I was upset and she asked me if I was ok and I told her about my horrible experience at the Grasshopper Club Dispensary. She apologized on behalf of them and was empathetic and gave the best customer service to the point I made a purchase and left happy and I found the exact product I wanted .
