First time in Chicago. Herb isn’t legal where I live so I’ve never been to a dispensary. I went to a cbd store while here but that was the same delta8 stuff we have back home. Sparkd was exactly what I needed. At first I grabbed a single pre roll to see if it would actually be effective. I loved it! I went back again later that day and got flower and a pack of prerolls of a different strand. The lady at the counter was EXTREMELY helpful! She broke down the terps, the thc, the difference in each strand, and helped me find some that were apart of the daily deals. I’m probably gonna go back one more time before leaving. – Markisa Kelly

So, I only came here because the dispensary I usually go to was closed. This was the next closes option. Enjoyed seeing the lady who checked me in since she came from the dispensary I usually go to. Also appreciated that the bud tender offered assistance and was very kind. Where things could improve…When I initially came in. Not sure if the guy was security but he said hi and I said hi back and informed him it was my first time there, he pointed me in the direction of the kiosk and said it’s pretty easy. He could’ve been a tad bit more helpful. But any how, I was given the wrong product. I was given Skywalker OG when I ordered SoJay Haze. The lady at the pickup also wasn’t friendly. Fatima is hands down the reason this is my go-to store. Every time I come in, she goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail don’t go unnoticed. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience the way she does. Excellent shopping experience! This was my first time here. Navigating the webpage was easy and the store staff was very friendly . From the security guard named Terrell outside greeting me, the young lady precious who checked my ID and Xris the gentleman who rung up my order. He was very polite, explanatory and offered me the option to sign up for a rewards account. I’ll definitely be back here! – Vette D
