3rd visit that Ive been told they dont have it in stock(multiple rare dankness waxes),but your website shows it in stock,very frustrating for someone who drives 2 hrs one way to buy from you guys! Only employee that helps us out is the older lady,cant recall her name but she is always friendly and walks the extra 10 feet to check the back for stock that isnt up front(again sounds like a stocking/I dont really want to do my job kinda issue for the other employees)..Scruffy guy that was wearing a hat,did nothing for me this last visit,told me ya know stuff sells out. While thats true,I think thats why you do inventory/check the stock of your product through the day…Come on guys its not that hard…guess I just need find what I want elsewhere! – jay ringo
Love this place! Love the staff, especially Arthur was so knowledgeable and helpful. Star Buds has not only had weekly specials but monthly too!. It makes it exciting to shop with so many specials. I had a bad experience at Star Buds. I was brand new and felt like they took advantage of me. I ended up spending $80 on a quarter, and the product was not good at all—it was trash. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and honest guidance. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression on me, and I won’t be going back again. – Michael Faulk
