Placed a delivery order that took five to six hours to arrive. Half the order was missing, but I was charged for the full amount. When I called, I was assured the other half would be brought the next day. After the time they said they would drop it off passed with no sign of them, I called again and was essentially accused of theft because the full order had supposedly gone into the driver’s car. Eventually, they agreed to send the rest, but instead I received a very low-quality product worth only half of what I was charged. I called again and was met with a unhelpful, and accusatory response. They claimed the employee should have mentioned I would receive a lesser-value item as compensation (which is not what compensation means), making it clear they intended to keep the difference regardless. It took significant begging and pleading just to get this business to give me the products I had already paid for. The driver was kind and threw in a free pre-roll, but I never received an apology or an offer of compensation from the manager. It was like pulling teeth just to get what I had paid for. P.S. This is only a summarized version for the sake of brevity (unless the business accuses me of wrongdoing again, I don’t see a reason to upload photos, screenshots, timestamps, and full details). Also, they are selling product harvested in August 2023—kief-covered flower at about $45 an ounce. It is now 2026 at the time of purchase. I will say it's a shame because the delivery driver seemed really friendly and super nice. But this whole experience has put me off ordering delivery in general. – L

I normally love coming here , how ever this Friday was not great , I had a few issues , the person who took me was very rude didn’t smile once and when asked to help another employee ( I’m assuming she was the manger since they needed her pin ) she rolled her eyes and huffed . I’ve never had this issue so I was very surprised. When the transaction was over there was no goodbye she got on her phone immediately. – tierra wells

Super disappointed tonight. I’ve been a loyal customer since the day the Mt Morris store opened. I have the pints to prove it! I’ve never had a problem using my points with the happy hour discount. Or any other discount. Until tonight. Now they changed their policy. I don’t think I’ll be back…….and I literally have thousands of points….loyal customer no more. I'm thankful StarBudz has had my favorite Grimas pre rolls on sale, cheap cheap. That tigers blood puts me out. Star Budz in Mt Morris has the best employees and the staff is so easy to talk to,, I'm thankful for all the sweet ladies at Star Budz in Mt Morris, BIG FACTS. Makes my whole experience even better 👌🤍 Definitely helps my anxiety as well 👌🙄🤣🤷‍♀️ – Tina Gregory
