State of Mind Dispensary

State of Mind Dispensary is such a vibe, with lots of awesome displays to look at. Whatever your preference, they have an easy to navigate digital menu, with an extensive variety to choose from. All the staff were beyond friendly! I was directly assisted by Ricky, who was patient & really went above & beyond to make my experience a memorable one! – TT Marie

2 stars for the nice staff and shop. Not so thrilled about seeing a deal online and not getting it in store. There was a buy 2 get 1 for a penny deal on Off Hours gummies, we did not get this. My dad also did not get his senior discount. I called and was told it would be remedied and that yes he should have automatically gotten his discount. I was asked to text receipt photos to the number I called and told my account would be credited. It’s been days and it’s obvious that’s probably not going to happen. So, if you see a deal online check your receipt before you leave to make sure you got it in store. My dad went on a Saturday and said there was a bit of a wait and it was crowded, maybe have the people at the door handle pick up orders. He didn’t get why I bothered if he just had to wait anyhow. Or why they didn’t have extra staff on a day that is I guess called “Social Saturday”. 3 stars off for one hand not talking to the other in regards to website vs in store pricing and for making my arthritic dad stand around. He spent $200 offer the guy a seat. 🤷‍♀️💚 I also had this happen in February when the Wana gummies were on sale but I figured it was just a mistake and let it go. But twice now is kinda iffy. Also my points have sat at 155 for a year now and I’ve had a handful of orders since. They never increase. – Kristy Elizabeth

Been here a few times with my partner. Their system needs a real rework, the website and kiosks are insanely buggy but, the staff encourages you to use the faulty system anyway. We had earned over 1000 points and yet couldnt redeem the $10 off and had to do two $5 rewards instead that still had to be manually applied by a manager. As for the bud, we had better experiences buying the 2.5oz of flower however the options/ brands are limited at that amount. We dropped to just an 1oz to try a new strain and got the most crumbly, dry, tiny buds ever. Avoid Beary white I guess. The wildest part is that the manager (They were the one that input the $10 off manually ) talked up the packaging redesign saying it must be a fresh oz since the packaging used to be green, just for us to get borderline trash. 3 stars because our previous purchases werent so bad. – Tiara Morene

Hand down the best dispensary in the capital district. Member rewards, awesome staff! Awesome sales! And they regularly have vendors in; today they had atleast a dozen. I spent time talkin to the Rove rep Arian dude is awesome and state of mind has the best Rove selection around!! – Jon Wilcox
