The staff was very helpful. They did not have a lot of options for what I was looking for but everybody was very nice. My total was $31… $8 in tax…. And I was told they don't take credit cards only debit cards… The machine didn't accept my PIN until I decided to insert it instead of tap it. And then the employee gave me $4 back which I didn't select… She said it was automatic cash back……. And then when I get to the car I see I was charged $51 total for everything even though my subtotal was $31…. Because my bank apparently considers this charge as an ATM withdrawal which has a $2.50 fee and then the store also has their own transaction fee…. So I ended up paying $20 because they don't take credit cards…. I think that's pretty bad business. I wouldn't have bought my item if I knew that in advance. – Cee Ro

Nelsy helped me today and it was a great experienced! She was knowledgeable about the products and if they didn’t have what I was looking for, she recommended strains/products similar to what I was looking for. I really like the Oakland one, but this one has more variety and products! Also, every time I have been here, the staff is super nice and chill.
