STIIIZY Suisun City

Pods are slipping, I’ve had nothing but problems with pods and batteries all year. Upgraded to the pro battery and it lasted a couple days , now blinks red. Always act like your doing me a favor but never do it’s always just out of warranty or it worked for us . I’m going to the other store in hopes of customer service.👈🏽 – Billy Mc Ginty

This is usually one of my favorite places to come, but I have experienced an off-putting situation. First, I wanna say that the budtender was phenomenal. She really tried to help me in the situation at hand. So this review has no bias where she is concerned. STIIIZY Accidentally listed a top Shelf strain for 25% off of its regular price online. So when I went into the store, I showed the manager the online price and asked if they would Honor the price. After waiting in line for a good 15 minutes, the manager came back and said that they would not honor it, even though it was their systematic glitch. I thought this was the worst thing you could do to a customer because it’s not the customers fault that your system has an error but yet you still would not honor the price. That to me is so dishonest and greedy that I honestly don’t even know if I want to come back here. The customer should always be compensated, even if the company made a bad decision. I’m pissed. – You are Loved

Just went to STIZZY in Suisun. Had great customer service by SAM. She was honest, helpful and very patient with helping me because I was undecided on what I wanted. – Cecilia BARBOUR

The security guard today was one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever encountered. He acted like he was looking for a problem instead of solving one. Completely out of line and absolutely not fit for this job. Horrible experience!!!! – Баатархүү АРИУНЗУЛ
