Everything I come in she greets me by name .which in my experience means great customer service. Reason I say that is she took the time to know my name. Calling customers by there first name makes them feel that you really care and love your job to do that. I was very excited after having made my purchase at this Ventura location once the security guard let me in with my passport! (My license was still coming via snail mail) I had high hopes for this location starting with that since I was allowed in here due to at the Oxnard location not having been allowed inside the day my license expired which was understood once the guard there explained it to me- it having to be scanned but what really got me was when I was turned away with my passport at a later date because “they have to be able to scan the back” and to not cause a fuss I left and stopped shopping at stizzy all around UNTIL TODAY I decided to try the Ventura location and it was a pleasant surprise the guard let me in and the guy at the counter had no issues putting in my info for my passport NOT SCANNING IT BUT PUTTING IT IN MANUALLY. It made me think the Oxnard location just didn’t want to do that for me and that’s why I wasn’t let in.? Point is the security guard was welcoming, the staff was very helpful, BUT my only and biggest complaint is after spending $100 and having already driven back home 30 minutes, only to find out none of my stiiizy pods work! I have multiple batteries and charged them all just to test it before having called the store to let them know of my disappointing purchase. I do want to say how wonderful on their part for having still answered the phone 7 minutes before closing! The girl who took the call stated I could bring them back and return them but would need to have the box which is understandable, but after having read one other review stating they didn’t give her her refund or offer an exchange I’m actually really nervous now that’ll happen to me! I’ve heard people mention how stiiizy pods fail at times and thankfully it never happened to me UNTIL NOW and x4. I hope I didn’t just end up buying $98 worth of 10 little pieces of edibles. I do want to clarify that the service was GREAT so I am giving a 1 star review for their customer service having been 10/10 and minus 4 stars for each one of the 4 pods that were all unfortunately defective. (To be edited if things go well once I go for my refund/exchange) – Athalia M

As a long-time customer, I was disappointed by the new invasive bag search policy. Security physically rummaged through my bag at the entrance, and the staff became defensive when I inquired about the change. This unprofessional experience made me feel unwelcome.. – Steven Bracamontes
