This was such a great experience from the whole stoops crew from gem to E Victoria and noami. They all was able to come to come together and help me with all my cannabis needs definitely if you in the area stop by. Great art work culture all built in also amazing service from the entire team really appreciate them. Can’t wait to go back and visit again. Highly recommend for all cannabis needs. – ShammyLuck

Ugh this review is longer than it should be but oh well…Great customer service but they previously had issues with prices that were reflected on their website and what you pay in store. I would have to take screenshots in order for them to apply online discounts. Recently I thought that was fixed. Went in to pick up one thing but was offered a preroll for 1 cent. I understand the round up they do in nyc…but my original purchase was rounded up and the 1 cent preroll was then rounded up to $1. It was one transaction but they rounded up twice. The manager was too busy to speak to me to explain anything. This other gentleman ,who is always so helpful ( I never got his name), explained the ny dispensary round up guidelines and said he'd mention the issue to the manager. He is great. I wish I had gotten his name. Anyway. Its not about the money. Its the principle. I no longer trust buying from them because rounding up twice in one transaction is ridiculous to me. The other cashiers blame it on dutchie or don't have an answer. Im good. – Dee Jai
