Tucked away on a remote [almost] dirt road (pavement ends about 25m past the parking lot) between N Chandler and Salt River Reservation near I10 & 202 San Tan freeways (Chandler Blvd exit), this hidden place has merch and product when everyone else is sold out. Thier deals do rotate – so what is a great $22 buy one day could be $42 the next – which is outrageous in my opinion but whatevs. That and the distance (I live in mid Tempe) give it 3 stars. – Kerry H
This place was awesome- I was initially hesitant because of some of the reviews but they couldn’t be more off. I had an amazing experience here. I’m visiting from Utah & the bud tender Eddie was amazing at helping me pick something for me while I’m out here doing a 4 day backpacking trip. I got everything for half price as well. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good service and cheap prices. – Leslie Miller

On my birthday. It was my first time showing up to My Story Cannabis. As I was waiting to be served, I over heard a bud tender explain to a lady it’s her first time she gets half off. I then proceeded to my bud tender and was asked what I would like to purchase. I explained I was a first time customer and nothing was mentioned about a discount. I informed him I would like a Half oz that I noticed on their list. The bud tender proceeded to bring me back my options. During the completion of the transaction, I asked if I get a discount for being a first time patient. He informed me that I do, but not for this product because it was already discounted. Which would’ve been nice to know so I can make a more informed purchase based off of that knowledge. But at this point in time, the product was already in a bag. And it seemed as if to ask him to do his job was Bothersome. I then proceeded to ask for Whatever is offered to patients on their birthday, Which he was aware of, but still chose to avoid informing me that I can receive a free preroll. Until I mentioned it to him. Based off of my experience, I will most likely not go back to this location again there are many other dispensaries that exist in the Arizona Which I frequently visit. Typically, I would rate my experience a 4 or 5; however, I encountered an unsatisfactory situation during my recent visit. I am a frequent purchaser of vape products and flower from your establishment. On a previous occasion, I experienced issues with faulty cartridges, which I discovered approximately a month after purchase. While I acknowledge the delay in reporting, I had just opened the product. This incident served as a learning experience. More recently, I purchased several vape products, including multiple Stiiizy and Timeless items. One of the five Stiiizy pods I acquired ceased functioning approximately halfway through its use. When I reported this to a staff member, I also mentioned that I had previously discussed a similar issue with a manager a week prior, and it was resolved without difficulty. It is important to note that I travel approximately an hour to visit this location due to my positive past experiences. Upon my recent visit to address the faulty pod, I found the budtender to be unaccommodating. The manager, who was subsequently involved, also displayed an unhelpful demeanor, despite my consistent patronage. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the overall interaction left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I am now considering taking my business to an alternative establishment. It is imperative that customers, particularly loyal ones, are treated with respect and professionalism. – Gerald Hayes
