I was in the store today 06/05/2026. Between the online and the walk-in line even though busy, I was impressed with how quickly the line moved. Britanie was my bud tender today and she did excellent in helping me complete my purchase and asking if there is anything else she could get for me. Great customer service! Have been visiting Story now pretty much since they have opened. Never had a negative experience and usually even when things are busy I have never had to wait long. Really like the deals and prices you can't beat only paying $30-35 for a gram of hash rosin. – Justin Bruntz
