Representative was straight forward with me, answered my questions next business day/ days b/c i asked questions throughout the night time 9pm-5am and i would get a response during business hours. Questions were answered about out of stock items. Items were reordered around the time he stated give or take a few business days. I was able to get the knife ordered, purchased another knife as well. I signed up for the free priority shipping, created a bladeops account filled out the information to complete the purchase, then used promo code from my email to get free priority shipping. The wait time for the product to be re ordered by Bladeops was within an appropriate timeframe “meaning” 30-60 days time. I always have an easy experience here. Greeted by a friendly employee at the front desk, if you have questions they can answer them, if you don't then they just make the whole visit super easy. Do yourself a favor and sign up for dutchie-pay (I think that's the name). – Patrick J

Let’s start off by standing 3 different lines after telling the lady at the front you have an online order. Then once it’s your turn don’t worry it’s really not cause it’s someone’s from another lines turn lol. Then when it was my turn they didn’t have the product they said they had online.
