LOVE the vibe of this place. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and someone is always willing to help and answer questions. Their displays are nothing like I’ve seen before, the ease of ordering via a menu or in person makes the experience your personal choice. I came to this establishment on Mother's Day and was handed a rose with beautiful energy from Emily As I walked in. after I chose and sorted through the list of flower that they had I completed my order at the counter with Ebony, Who had such a lovely attitude. I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Super Fly Dispensary, and I want to give a special shoutout to Sal for going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, Sal was incredibly attentive and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain product details and even went out of his way to check if a specific item they had in stock matched what I was looking for. He brought it over, walked me through it, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. But what truly blew me away was what happened at checkout. I ended up being one dollar short, and without hesitation, Sal reached into his own pocket to cover the difference just so I didn’t have to make a trip back to the bank. That kind of kindness and selflessness is incredibly rare these days, and I’ll never forget it. Hats off to Sal for leading by example you don’t meet people like that every day.
