I like supergood for their deals they have and the loyalty points. However they do not operate on a first come first serve basis. Went in today and waited my turn like everyone else. Side note everyone (customers) were for the most part walking around and looking at the different products and making small talk with each other and everone would just walk up the next open kiosk when it was their turn. Made it up to the kiosk was asked if I had an online order (I didnt so I said no) he then had me go to the back of the line that had now formed so he could help the fella that just walked in a few mins ago with an online order. I thought that was strange considering the lady before me said she didnt have online order and he still served her no problem. Waited almost 25mins which is fine I don't mind waiting as long as everyone else is waiting but their were people who showed up after me and didn't have an online order nor medical and who were out in 10mins. – Hunter
Every time I visit here I have an absolute amazing experience. Dalton waited on me today and he is absolutely delightful! Every person here I have encountered has been amazing. Luke, Jake & Robert are rockstars too! They always have amazing sales & a great selection of products. I see a lot of reviews on here citing high prices. They do not set the prices. Prices are set from the cultivator not the dispensary so they have absolutely no control over that. Haven’t you ever wondered why some cultivators like Klutch are always priced higher? The cultivators set their own prices. As for people saying they received damaged products and Supergood wouldn’t exchange them, this isn’t allowed in the State Of Ohio. Especially after you open it. After you open a pack of cigarettes can you take them back into the gas station and get a refund? Didn’t think so. Please don’t listen to the negative reviews and experience this dispensary for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. ♥️😁 – Arielle Waterhouse
I love this store but come on guys. If your going to close 2 hours early and it still says your open on your website thats not cool. Still gave y'all 5 stars I've never had a complaint but the prices went up overnight on the same date….and I pull up to see about 10 cars pulling in and out so wasn't just me obviously. I always drive almost 45 min one way to go to tour store directly. The least you could have done is said you were closed on your website. Not only a inconvenience but I need my medication – Michelle Robinson
Zero complaints of this store. From the checking in to the leaving everyone is always so friendly and willing to answer any and every question. The deals they run is why I will drive the total hour round trip. – Taylor
Excellent prices for the area. Usually in and out process. Points add up everytime from your purchases. For the most part, the hostesses are friendly and helpful. I don't like how I was on my phone inside and got told to get off but then seen someone else on their phone inside. Be fair.. – Jess B
