SWADE Dispensary Delmar

Great dispensary with great people! Their deli style setup is awesome and is something that I don't see everywhere. They are also very quick, so being on delmar you know how parking will be, so that is appreciated. The building itself is very beautiful and they now have an event space above the dispensary. They even have a swade kiosk in that space, of course you will have to go downstairs and go through the traditional process to get your order. No delivery, but wouldn't that be nice lol I think they are doing great things with this location and they are able to do it because of the awesome people and products on the first floor!! – Travis Williams

The service was excellent as always, and the staff I interacted with was welcoming and filled my order without any problems. The process was easy and the product I purchased is very satisfactory. Definitely my favorite dispensary – Sean Orr

I'm a pretty chill person and I didn't deserve to be talked to the way that the older black female security guard spoke to me. From the moment I handed her my ID, she was extremely condescending and rude. She is not the type of person that needs to be the first impression of the business and she is definitely not someone that needs to be around customers. I almost walked out. I will never go back to another swade dispensary again. I have never been talked to in such a rude manner before by someone that is on the clock. This lady does not need to be working the front if she doesn't know how to speak to people without being rude and condescending. We all have things going on in life but the customers aren't punching bags. What if it was my first time going to a dispensary? I would think all dispensaries were the same. I literally have never had a bad experience at any dispensary around here or anywhere I've been but this was really uncalled for and I will remember this. Also for transparency, I went to this dispensary tonight on 08 May at about 9pm. – Israel Johnson

First I must admit, I’m a 72 year old 🌿POT HEAD🌿. Matter of fact, thanks to SWADE, I’m HIGH NOW. Living downtown St. Louis. I’m forced by the Delmar Loop staff, to visit their 🌿🌿🌿dispensary🌿🌿🌿 rather than closer ones to downtown. Why? Every time I hand my ID to the guard. It’s like buying a ticket to a COMEDY SHOW at the FOX. The staff are all comics. I have a habit of saying, “DUH”; with various intonations. At first, they were, say I say, bewildered. Now, they shower me with 😂❤️😂DUH😂❤️😂 upon entering the main door, the door to the 🌿🌿🌿 They’re knowledgeable consultants about 🌿🌿🌿🌿. The CUSTOMER SERVICE, well, the crew there makes me go out of my way, for another FUN FILLED DAY. There’s 🌿🌿🌿 on my kitchen table, looking at me with green buds that now shout and say, “DUH”. – Errol King

Delmar’s staff is ALWAYS on top of it! Pre-orders are always ready & at the register as soon as I walk in. They truly get to know their customers & what they like to smoke! I LOVEEEE the atmosphere & customer service from this staff. The two gentlemen named Ty and Khalil are so sweet, patient & are VERY knowledgeable about the products here! Also, Ms.Genell, the security officer, is amazing too! Would 100% recommend this location over any other Swade location in the St.Louis area! 1000/10 – Mikenzie Burt
