(This is only a reflection of our experience at the deli-style station) Everyone there is typically nice and we love the dispensary, we’ve gone here for years! But this time we decided to try out the deli style they offer since becoming Swade. The lady running the deli style today was extremely rude and short, and my boyfriend was trying to ask for her general knowledge, and she almost seemed annoyed he was asking? Other guy there was sweet and apologized for the wait and the experience. But if you’re going to work at the deli style which is a more immersive experience at least have people working it who are nice and actually have knowledge about flower. The worst experience we’ve had so far just because of how rude she was, don’t work in a customer service role if you don’t know how to respectfully speak to people! – Sullivan Nevins

Was a really cool dispo until they were bought by swade. They're charging $55 for a three pack of .5 pre rolls … And I'm 100% certain these aren't .5s they're so tiny. Seems like the products are totally ripping people off for the pricing – Dot Tea

Awesome experience at Swade! Rocky was our budtender and he absolutely crushed it. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient — he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. His product recommendations were spot-on, and he took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a chill vibe. Express checkout wasn’t very express today. I order online so that I can pick up my order real quick before work, but dude was going back and forth with the other registers and pulling people out of line, even though they were staffed. 20 minutes in the express line is just too long – Drew Pearce
