Product is always good, service at the online order pick up window is just always slow. And sometimes it’s so warm in the lobby while waiting. These folks were so so helpful. I needed to get my renewed med card printed and laminated and they were happy to do it in addition to my order. Nic, and I’m so sorry but forgot the other person’s name who helped me, he was wearing purple tinted sunglasses and was one of the nicest people I ever met!
