Everything went well, they were fast to bring the mattress in, etc. The only issue was, they were pretty late in the day, when I expected them earlier. And when they brought the mattress in, they were kind enough to take my old one, but they didn’t even put the mattress on the frame. It’s OK, since I’m strong enough to do it myself, but I’m sure it could’ve been difficult for someone with less mobility. – Michael Taylor
