Was greeted by Kari at check-in with a genuine, warm welcome—great energy from the moment I walked in. Once I hit the sales floor, Peter took over and was super easy to talk to. He walked me through the Rewards sign-up process and made the entire experience feel effortless. I also noticed Chadwick, the manager on duty, actively working the sales floor and supporting his team. As a retail leader, I really appreciated seeing that level of engagement. On top of the excellent customer service, the products did not disappoint. The Orion pre-rolls by DIZGO absolutely hit, and I also picked up a fire hat. Awesome experience from start to finish.
