Was greeted by Kari at check-in with a genuine, warm welcome—great energy from the moment I walked in. Once I hit the sales floor, Peter took over and was super easy to talk to. He walked me through the Rewards sign-up process and made the entire experience feel effortless. I also noticed Chadwick, the manager on duty, actively working the sales floor and supporting his team. As a retail leader, I really appreciated seeing that level of engagement. On top of the excellent customer service, the products did not disappoint. The Orion pre-rolls by DIZGO absolutely hit, and I also picked up a fire hat. Awesome experience from start to finish. False advertising and poor accessibility! I looked online at Sweetleaves for post‑surgery pain relief for my broken leg. Their website advertised 84% THC for Durban Poison and Pineapple Express carts. I couldn't order online, so I ordered over the phone. When I went, the store has steps and no ramp, making it very difficult to access with a scooter. My mistake? When I went into the store, they said, "We lost your phone order". They did me a "favor" by "rushing my order". They threw it into a bad and didn’t review it with me. They did help me out the back door which has a ramp. When I got home, I realized the carts I received were only 78% and 80%. When I called the staff, they put me on hold and called the owners. The owners dismissed it with “every batch is different.” They said I could email them if I had a complaint; I already wasted 20 minutes talking to your staff + writing this review that will hopefully warn others! On top of that, they are way overpriced and not accommodating. Skip this place. There are better options!!! – Max Hollenback
Always a trusted place for shopping for cannabis products. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is always super clean, beautifully organized with products displayed, and had a lovely, inviting atmosphere.
