I was in the other day and Ayana helped me out. She was incredibly friendly and an absolute help. She hoped to guide me finding the right product and pointed me towards a couple of others that I was very impressed with. Employees are very nice but their system is set up in a way that if there's any complications on their end. They will send you away and be kind of shitty about it.In my experience. Today I went to their website and I ordered a jar of weed and some strong edibles. They made a mistake and just sold me twice as much weed as I wanted with none of the edibles. I don't hate this location, but if they're going to stay profitable, they absolutely have to work with their customers which they unfortunately have not made any effort to do so . My options were to get refunded for a product that I didn't order and id have to wait sometime in the next week or 2 to receive the refund that was a result of their mistake. That or just keep my mouth shut and deal with it – Gary Amelong

Poorly managed in the evening hours. I came there at 8:40 to pick up my order through the drive thru because I'm in a wheelchair. There were 4 cars ahead of me. One employee came out to direct traffic in the parking lot. Whoever they had working the drive thru was exceptionally slow to the point where 4 cars took 20 minutes. I got to the window at 8:59 and they took my ID at 9 only to come back 1 minute later and say they're closed. They knew they were closing when they were directing traffic. Instead of wasting everyone's time in the drive thru that waited for 20 minutes for nothing, good customer service would've been taking care of the 2 cars that were left before closing. Only thing the worker could say when I asked well why were they directing traffic and not just telling us to leave was "i wasn't out there so I don't know" "I don't let things bother me that I can't control" the kid was just ready to be off work. I wouldn't do business with a company that treats customers like that. You know who doesn't do that to customers? Proper. That's who i would spend my money if I were you. – Scott Bernardo

Terrabis is my go to for thc products! Knowledgeable and kind staff. Practically every time I visit, I catch a special or receive a free gift. I also love the drive-thru. – GuardMomma D

Luke, the team member who assisted me at the drive-through was very courteous, Very efficient, had me out the line really quick, upsold me on a preroll which was very cost-efficient, and it doesn’t hurt that he’s easy on the eyes lol.. Terrabis in O’Fallon is my favorite one, hands down. – Erica Eberhart
