Terrabis Medical and Recreational Marijuana Dispensary O'Fallon

I love Terrabis! The staff is always friendly and well educated! They are also warm and welcoming. I used to go to Nature Med but they have gone so much downhill & the new staff at Natire Med just doesn’t seem educated on their products, even though they still do have good deals! The staff at Terrabis Has been so warm and welcoming it made me feel like family since they opened their doors, especially since I have gotten sick. They have a good selection and always spending effective deals! They always greet you with a smile, And your points at a much quicker there and then at nature med. This staff is educated on the difference between Indica and Sativa (lol!) I live in Moscow Mills So I could go to the dispensary in Troy, but it is overpriced And the staff is under educated and always seems high stressed. I am a Terrias girly for life nature med Lost me when their point system has seemed to change, And they have gotten rid of some of my favorite vendors! I love the staff Geer lessons and when I say how much time I have spent out in Colorado and tell them about a product that I love, they presented to their owner or their GM and next thing I know the product is in the store! Talk about real customer service! – E Marie

The hours of 24/7 are not true. Apparently that is only drive thru as the doors to the inside close at 9 (is what I was just told). Pulled up at 11pm to go inside and try to avoid the line of 15 cars in the drive thru only to be told that the inside was closed and I had to wait in line. After waiting for almost an hour I get to the window and was asked if I placed an order online and said no I didn’t that I wanted to go inside but was told that I had to do drive thru. He then told me that I had to place an order online and get in the back of the line of cars (another 10 more cars waiting). I said that’s not right to which he replied that the website states the inside hours closing at 9 and drive thru is online orders only. NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE INSIDE HOURS. EVERYTHING JUST STATES 24/7. As well as nothing about drive thru being online orders only. Sounds to me like the people that work at night just don’t want to do their jobs. – Heather O'Brien

The staff was GREAT ands so helpful. However, the product (Love tablets/pills) were ineffective! The instructions from the staff was take 1 tablet it didn’t work in the 60 minutes so I called the store they recommended I take another tablet and wait another 60 minutes – no effect! I went ahead and took a 3rd tablet ands within 20-30 minutes I felt unstable on my feet but NEVER did I achieve the expected results from the tablets!!! I would NEVER recommend these tablets to your clients looking for any aphrodisiac type of feeling. The store said on my call to them that I couldn’t return the tablets to exchange for something that might work – I’m very disappointed in the pills and the post-sales support. I’ll venture out to another store fingers crossed they provide better recommendation or at least a post-sales support policy – I’ll definitely ask at the next store how much do they stand behind their recommendations ands products!!! – Flo Kistner

I can’t say enough about terrabis as I have family who works at another location, but Tim is the perfect example of an employee you want to represent your company! She hoped to guide me finding the right product and pointed me towards a couple of others that I was very impressed with.
