Terrabis Medical and Recreational Marijuana Dispensary Springfield

After moving to Springfield a few months ago, I finally made it to trying this dispensary out and it was a great experience :) they have a security officer in the “middle” waiting room who was also super helpful and explained how it works because I was new lol!! They had infused shake which I hadn’t seen at other dispensaries yet and the prices are pretty great! They also have a loyalty program and you get 15% off your first time, 20% off the sec on d and 25% off the third time you shop except for items already on sale. You don’t see that too often ! Also, all the staff were j credibly nice, pleasant conversation, and knowledgeable. will definitely shop again!! – cynthia

I love this place the most because of the employees.. They charged a 3.50 charge twice for running my card. I called and talked to a manager about this twice. The first time he couldn’t understand that I was charged twice. I picked up that I was just annoying him, very short with me, and I didn’t want to deal with it. Later I called again to explain and he finally understood I had been charged twice. He said he would credit 5.00 to my account. This never happened. Simple mistake or something I don’t know. It was never resolved and I’ve made multiple attempts to. I’ve used this dispensary since opening and it’s a shame to switch my “home store” to another one. Edit:The store has made it right. – Melanie Jaques
