⭐☆☆☆☆ Today was the last straw. I placed another online order, paid for it, and when I got to the store I was told there had been a “technical error” on their website. Their solution? Either accept less product for the same amount of money or take a full refund. So let me get this straight… Your website makes the mistake, your inventory is wrong, and somehow the customer is expected to absorb the loss? Absolutely not. I wasn’t asking for anything free. I simply wanted the amount of product I paid for. Instead, I was told those were my only two options: take less weed for the same price or leave with a refund after wasting my time and gas. This isn’t even the first time this has happened. I’ve had multiple online orders filled incorrectly, and every time there’s another excuse instead of accountability. Customer service means making things right when your business makes the mistake. Instead, I was treated like I was the problem because I refused to accept getting shorted. I’ve also had ongoing issues with their rewards program. Despite spending well over $100 every few days, my points never seem to accumulate the way they should. Never again. There are too many dispensaries willing to value their customers for me to continue spending my money at a business that repeatedly fails to deliver what was purchased and refuses to take ownership when they make a mistake. Make your order before you go in for the best experience. Otherwise, you have to place an order on their kiosk before you're allowed to visit a bud tender. This seems to throw people off from what I've seen. That said, great staff and great prices! – Christopher Graves
