Yesterday was my birthday, and I stopped in to grab a cartridge. I want to start by saying the staff was amazing—everyone was super sweet, patient, and professional. They really worked with me and made sure I was taken care of, which I truly appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the payment situation. I usually order online so I can just pick up and go, but this time I had to come inside. I tried to split my payment between cash and card, but my card (I use Chime and Cash App) kept declining over and over, even though I had the money. I ended up having to go back and forth multiple times, including a trip to the ATM, before finally just paying all cash. That part was definitely frustrating, and I really think having a smoother online ordering/pickup option would make a huge difference. It would save people a lot of time and stress—especially those using cards like Chime or Cash App, which may not always work. Despite that, the experience overall was still positive. The staff stayed kind and helpful the whole time, and I even walked out with a little goodie bag, which made my day even better. Being back in my hometown (I live in Columbus now), the hospitality really stood out. Thank you guys again for the great customer service! Just use the web site and order online so you don't have to deal with bud tenders that don't listen. They are gonna scroll thru it blindly fumbling just like you would. Save yourself the frustration. – B. Momin
Terrible prices! Good quality but everything is 2 to 3 times higher. Better off going somewhere else if you got time. – David Higgs
So I get to this dispensary just to buy quick desperate grab because I can't stand Ohio prices.. These guys turn me and another dude away because there's a severe thunderstorm warning… Can't make that up..What a joke! I'm so disappointed in our state.
