Terrible place. Constant lines no matter what time of day. They only have one bud tender and that makes the process even longer. Hire staff. Ive tried going there five different times and there is always a wait of at least 15 minutes usually longer. Dont waste your time. – John Smith
Sent in a pre-order for 2 1/2’s for $99 at 12pm and went to pick up my order at 5:30pm only to find out that they couldn’t fulfill my order because they ran out. The lady told me I was lucky that she saved me one of the 1/2’s. The lady didn’t try to offer me another deal, didn’t try to cut the cost in half for the one 1/2 they “saved” for me. I waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes and nobody mentioned them being out of the popcorn. She told me that she was going to call but got busy.. Cool. After no help, I paid $80 for the half that she graciously saved for me. Probably won’t go back, not worth the rudeness. – Olivia H
