I bought seeds from this place through their website, and they shipped me seeds that were 2.5 years old. I emailed them using the email address on their contact page and they just ignored it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered edibles through their website, and some of them were completely melted together. So much so that it was nearly impossible to separate them evenly. I'll give them 2 stars because they did ship the orders right away, but the quality of their products is definitely lacking. – Noerbert
Ordered a few things from this place a MONTH ago and I have yet to receive any updates. There has been 0 communication on when the package was supposed to be delivered until USPS randomly sent me an email to tell me that the package had been returned to the store because "The addressee left no forwarding address" when I most certainly still live here and they have successfully delivered in the past. The package was also labelled as "Addressee unknown" so I can only assume there was an issue with the shipping label, since the order confirmation had the correct name and address on it. I tried reaching out to the help email in the order confirmation, no answer. I tried reaching out to the *different* email listed on their website, no answer. I tried calling both numbers on their website; one didn't let me leave a voicemail, and the one that did has been left unanswered for weeks now. – Marco den Hollander

Love the berry beverage but stopped buying them. The four back holder are defective and often cans fall out and bust. They are terrible! The other big issue is the thin can. They get holes just bumping into the other can when driving. Major -packaging issues! Hope they fix them! – Tony Campisi
