The Artist Tree Dispensary Laguna Woods

It is a nice place, good environment, aesthetics and overall vibe. Today was my first time going there and they were all really friendly from checking in through exiting, Steven helped me find my products really quickly and efficiently, and April was very friendly and polite when she checked me out at the register. It wasn't too busy at all and everything went down in less than 5 minutes, but keep in mind, I knew what I wanted before I came, so if you're not sure it might take longer to shop. Kind of pricey even with the first time discount of 15% but that's to be expected when shopping legal shops due to taxes. All in all definitely would recommend. I really enjoy coming to this dispensary. The atmosphere is light and captivating, the product selection is great, the customer service is friendly and knowledgeable and the staff take their security measures pretty seriously. The only downside I’ve found is the tax they add on. I’ve visited another dispensary where the price that’s listed on their website was the same price I’d get in store. For instance, if a product listed online says $18.00, that’s including all fees so there are no surprises later. I wish The Artist Tree did that too. I also wish they were a bit closer to where I live. Other than that, I’d give this place a 3.5/5. – Frankie Writez

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted because I’ve been here multiple times before and never had an issue. I use my own battery and came in for a pod. Instead, they handed me a whole disposable that I didn’t ask for. I opened it outside the door, realized immediately it was wrong, and walked right back in — literally a minute later. The product was by the door. The lady even SAW me come back in and initially said it could be exchanged. Then suddenly the story changed. She told me to move aside, brought out a guy, and after barely a minute of talking he decided I was wrong, showed me the receipt, and acted like I didn’t know what I buy regularly. I explained calmly that I’ve been there before, that this has NEVER happened, and that it was clearly a mistake or malfunction — he didn’t care at all. His excuse? “The product was opened.” No kidding — because YOU gave me the wrong item. I even told him to check the cameras since I opened it outside and immediately came back in. Still didn’t care. Zero customer service. Zero accountability. Just attitude and dismissal. If you make a mistake, own it. Don’t treat regular customers like they’re lying or stupid. I’ve bought these products before and never had an issue anywhere else. Save yourself the headache and go to STIIIZY instead. I have to give a huge shoutout to Kass, hands-down one of the BEST delivery drivers I’ve ever had from any dispensary. Kass was super friendly, professional, and right on time—literally made the whole process effortless. She kept me updated the entire way, arrived with the warmest vibe, and made sure everything in my order was perfect before leaving. You can tell Kass genuinely cares about customer experience, and that energy makes such a big difference. If you’re ordering delivery, ask for Kass—you won’t regret it. Honestly, 10/10. I had my package delivered to me by Kass, and let me tell you, it was such a wonderful experience. I typically don't get things delivered to me, but when Kass showed up, she was so wonderful and kind, big smiles, too! Delivery was immaculate: on time, and she managed to navigate my street (which can often times be a little complicated), she made sure everything was correct before she left, and honestly- i was a little late coming down the elevator, but she was so nice about it!
