The Artist Tree Dispensary Laguna Woods

Decided to post my quick visit to this dispensary, especially since they have some great April specials worth checking out. Although I was in a bit of a rush to post this, I felt it was important to let others know about our visit, particularly since we arrived on Easter Sunday, April 20th. A friend of ours highly recommended this spot for its impressive selection of edibles, vapes, flowers, and more, and I can see why! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by attentive customer service. They truly offer a concierge experience—each customer is paired with a knowledgeable guide who is ready to assist with any questions about their extensive product range. This personalized service made it easy for us to find exactly what we were looking for, tailored to our needs. As it was a holiday, the dispensary also had a fun bonus: they offered free tacos with a purchase of $50 or more! We enjoyed three delicious tacos along with a refreshing drink, and they were genuinely excellent—a delightful surprise that added to our experience. It’s worth noting that all their products are rigorously tested and regulated, which is reassuring but does come at a premium. We ended up spending $60 on our products, but with an additional $30 in city, state, and federal taxes, our total came to $90. While that might feel a bit steep for some. Overall, I highly recommend this dispensary for anyone seeking a range of quality cannabis products in a welcoming environment! – Tawny V

This place is incredible. The staff is a little different than we are used to. Typically they’re very attentive and sweet. Don’t get stuck behind the older gentleman at the check in desk. Although he is very kind, if you are in a hurry, he takes a while and loves to have a nice chat. Download the app for great deals. And look out for their amazing Penny Bag Days. You end up getting the hook up. I just bought an oz, 4 bags of edibles, and 2 edidrinks. Walked out paying just about $200. The atmosphere and store look great. The customer service here is impeccable. It was my first time there and Andy was welcoming and knowledgeable. He took time with me to explain a lot and I really appreciate it. As a loyal, long-time customer who has always appreciated The Artist Tree's collections, inviting environment, and pleasant staff, I was deeply disappointed by yesterday's service. I waited over 10 minutes for an online pickup order with no attendant present. When I approached the normally friendly gentleman for assistance, his response was unexpectedly rude. This experience makes me question if I will ever return. I am a generous tipper and expect a reciprocal level of service and politeness from The Artist Tree staff, which unfortunately seemed to be lacking. – Sepehr Mahdavian

My husband & I have been coming to this location since they opened. We come weekly, if not more & the service is always top notch. The staff is so pleasant & helpful. The energy in the location is always upbeat, positive, & refreshing. We haven’t had any issues. We love it here. Not to mention the daily deals.
