It is a nice place, good environment, aesthetics and overall vibe. Today was my first time going there and they were all really friendly from checking in through exiting, Steven helped me find my products really quickly and efficiently, and April was very friendly and polite when she checked me out at the register. It wasn't too busy at all and everything went down in less than 5 minutes, but keep in mind, I knew what I wanted before I came, so if you're not sure it might take longer to shop. Kind of pricey even with the first time discount of 15% but that's to be expected when shopping legal shops due to taxes. All in all definitely would recommend. Leslie is absolutely incredible. She was very educational and kind. I come into here at least twice a week and this by far was the best experience I’ve had. She was amazing and genuinely a kind soul. I really enjoy coming to this dispensary. The atmosphere is light and captivating, the product selection is great, the customer service is friendly and knowledgeable and the staff take their security measures pretty seriously. The only downside I’ve found is the tax they add on. I’ve visited another dispensary where the price that’s listed on their website was the same price I’d get in store. For instance, if a product listed online says $18.00, that’s including all fees so there are no surprises later. I wish The Artist Tree did that too. I also wish they were a bit closer to where I live. Other than that, I’d give this place a 3.5/5. – Frankie Writez
Can I say wow! The only dispensary I've been to that has the most amazing customer service. I've been going for a year now and have not once had a bad encounter with anyone.
