Everytime I walk into the lovely and welcoming abode that is The Botanist I am reminded why I enjoy shopping here! Every single staff member is so warm and welcoming. They always greet me with me such enthusiasm and excitement. They do a phenomenal job assisting with product selection and purchases making the experience simple, streamline, and exciting! Today, I worked with bud-tender, Kimberley, and she was an absolute joy! She calls me up to the counter from the line with a smile on her face. You can see the passion she has for helping customers because of the energy she puts into each sale with each customer. I’ve been coming here since they opened. Always have a good selection. They’re usually busy so there is more than likely gonna be a wait. It’s not too bad most of the time. The other day I bought two carts but one of them wasn’t working. I brought it back up there the next day and they swapped it out with a new one.
