Terrible customer service. The check in girl looked like shes miserable. The two people who helped me in the back had more conversations with each other than myself. When exiting you have to push a black button to get out. The gentleman that helped didnt inform me so im just pushing on the door lol. I also explained beforehand i was a first time customer so probably wouldve been smart to let me know how to get out. Overall wouldn't come back or recommend. – Adriana Aguirre-Marquez

I am very very very upset that you got rid of the 30 packs. Now I am paying more money and have to go back more often to get my cannabis which I am not happy about.Why when you have something good do you have to take it away? I hate when company’s do that I am not happy at all please bring the 30 packs back to stay. This makes things very very hard on me since I am a senior citizen and have a hard enough time getting around and I am on a fixed income.NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!😬😬😬😬 The people working at the botanist are very nice and treat me nice and I do not blame them because they are not happy about it also. – Marie Hein
