I LOVE this shop. The second you enter the facility; the smell is just… YUM. Always greeted by someone smiling 🙂 very welcoming. It gets even better inside. Everytime I walk in, it reminds me of a forest. 😅 only thing missing are the animals. [Play animal sounds on the speaker] lol Anyways, their prices are fair, they always have deals going on, & everyone is just so friendly. I went in and checked this place out for the first time I had heard about the Customer Service being decent and the music, which I loved the playlist B said she created. Overall, I had a decent experience. The only issue that I had was one young lady who worked there. I think she said her name was Kim, dark brown hair. Her attitude was very distasteful, didn’t really care to help me and my group of friends. If it wasnt for Rico being so amazing I would’ve took my business elsewhere , but having that kind of person in your establishment you’re gonna lose a lot of business in the future. – Gina C

Great experience here, clean and efficient, staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Easy process I was in and out the door in about 15-20 minutes. I’m new to Ohio medical so I had a lot of questions. My at is obsessed with your handled bags, which is super weird he hates the smell of any products. I had to share that your store, my cat also gives your handled bags also get 5 stars! – Red 840
