First time customer and experience has been great. Some dispensaries workers can be rude and want to move quickly. They let me know my lic was expired in system, I was able to quickly email them the updated one. Ryman? Showed up a few minutes later and was so kind and fun. I had such a great experience with the bright spot ! The whole process was smooth, quick, and super easy from start to finish. They have a great selection and everything feels really well organized and high quality. What really stood out to me though was the customer service Cody was amazing! He was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and stress free. It’s honestly rare to come across employees who go out of their way like that, and it definitely made a big difference.
