She immediately made us feel comfortable and took the time to ask questions to understand exactly what my wife and I were looking for. She didn't rush us at all and provided personalized recommendations based on our needs. ​Monae truly elevated the entire shopping experience. Her expertise is obvious, but it’s her genuine, friendly customer service that makes her stand out. She’s exactly the kind of person you want helping you navigate products. ​The store is clean and well-stocked, but honestly, Monae is the reason we'll be making The Buzz our primary dispensary. Disappointed with my experience at The Buzz is an understatement. Worst dispensary experience I’ve had. The staff was incredibly rude and had zero interest in customer service. As I was walking out I tossed their receipt and bag in their trash bin (as I’ve done this in multiple Denver dispensaries which actually have recycling bins as well for that reason) and was told very bluntly that it was “against the law” to throw away trash there and to “not come back”. Seriously? That’s the energy they’re giving customers? No hello, no help just attitude. Plenty of other dispensaries out there that actually appreciate your business. The REAL #1 dispo on the Western Slope! I have never had a bad experience shopping here. If they are out of a particular product, they ALWAYS have another recommendation that's spot on. The product selection is fabulous and it's always clean inside! The entire staff is so friendly and funny and they really take the time to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. They aren't just trying to get your money and get you out the door like other places in the area. The people who own this place clearly care about their customers, staff, and community.
