I made a trip to your dispensary today and may I just say you are a very brilliant, beautiful young lady who knows how to make someone feel truly special. I’ve NEVER had a manager did what you did today for me. You went above and beyond to satisfy my expectations today and for that I just had to come back and give you the review you so rightfully deserve! Her charismatic approach to me was SO refreshing and you can really tell she cares about who she’s talking to. You don’t come across people like this too often and you’ll wish the same once you’ve had the chance to be helped by Laura. And mind you, she’s the manager. I’ve had plenty of sucky interactions with manager and/or staff at other dispos before, but this girl WILL take good care of you. I really look forward to seeing you guys next time I need a re-up! And if I’m lucky, I really hope to get the chance to be helped by sweetheart Laura! She was just SO nice it’s insane how happy she made my day today. Referred to by a friend. Checked it out online and chose to do a delivery order. Bummed me out when they called to verify ID and was told they would call back with a different total to reflect my 42% discount for being a first time customer….No call. Got kind of blown away when the very kind delivery guy told me my total… No discount and was $5 more than original order price. 😬😭Yes, the order was correct but felt slightly cheated hearing them so excited I was a first time customer and the discount that's all over but… nothing. Makes me not want to try new places. Delivery guy Jefferson was their saving grace today in my opinion with being so kind. – Christa Roberts
