When it comes to the older budtender, customer satisfaction runs out the window for loyal customers which is beyond ridiculous to me. As a former Budtender myself, I have so much respect for the company and customer retention, I feel as though each and every other “good Budtender” should have those qualities as well!!! I’m sorry but he’s terrible, I prefer only the ladies, black young dude or managers only. I love the company but not that Budtender as an individual. I’ve NEVER had a manager did what you did today for me. You went above and beyond to satisfy my expectations today and for that I just had to come back and give you the review you so rightfully deserve! Her charismatic approach to me was SO refreshing and you can really tell she cares about who she’s talking to. You don’t come across people like this too often and you’ll wish the same once you’ve had the chance to be helped by Laura. And mind you, she’s the manager. I’ve had plenty of sucky interactions with manager and/or staff at other dispos before, but this girl WILL take good care of you. I really look forward to seeing you guys next time I need a re-up! And if I’m lucky, I really hope to get the chance to be helped by sweetheart Laura! She was just SO nice it’s insane how happy she made my day today. Customer service is great only been twice but they are super overpriced not even worth going for the 42% off 1st time discount to be honest. You can literally get any brand flower they sell significantly cheaper at any other dispo. Favrd 14g jars are priced at 100-120 at every other dispo and they are charging 225 regular price, 160 after a supposed 30% off storewide discount… FOH – Antoinette Cooper

Best customer service I’ve ever had at a shop. From the moment I walked in, Bunny greeted me with a smile, and my budtender Stephanie went above and beyond. She gave me a mini tour, shared thoughtful recommendations, explained promotions, and clearly knew her stuff. I appreciated her honesty and patience, along with her manager Laura who was just as friendly and helpful. I visit shops all over the country, and this was by far the best experience—knowledgeable staff who genuinely care, not just trying to sell you anything. Also, best deals in town. – Joel Cardenas

CANT TRUST. FALSE ADVERTISING! Website is “glitchy” they use it as an excuse to heavily upcharge on delivery orders. False advertising several times. Finally called them on it and the guy was a complete jerk. They blamed it on Dutchie even though it was advertised on their main flower page and I actually saved them from having to honor this deal for many other customers. Then they try to divert and claim Weedmaps has wrong prices but I went through THEIR website. The least they could have done was given me the deal that their website says complete out the door with tax price. For under $100 order, a $40 upcharge is ridiculous and I wouldn’t have known unless the delivery guy texted me a way larger total when he was on his way. Guy called back when he realized how bad he screwed up, but the damage was already done I went somewhere else and am very satisfied. Overall disaster of a business model to treat customers this way when someone on their end clearly messed up on their website end. Wouldn’t trust ordering through them ever again. Esp when the amount of dispo’s is a saturated market right now. Every 2 feet you find one walking down 8 mile and parts of ferndale. I’ve been to LIV, HOD, Dreams, Bonzanzo’s, and several others, and NEVER had this kind of issue. – Brayton Groth
