When it comes to the older budtender, customer satisfaction runs out the window for loyal customers which is beyond ridiculous to me. As a former Budtender myself, I have so much respect for the company and customer retention, I feel as though each and every other “good Budtender” should have those qualities as well!!! I’m sorry but he’s terrible, I prefer only the ladies, black young dude or managers only. I love the company but not that Budtender as an individual. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a shop. From the moment I walked in, Bunny greeted me with a smile, and my budtender Stephanie went above and beyond. She gave me a mini tour, shared thoughtful recommendations, explained promotions, and clearly knew her stuff. I appreciated her honesty and patience, along with her manager Laura who was just as friendly and helpful.
