First time in and had a great experience!! Bryan was super helpful and didn't rush me into any decisions. He also went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best deals. The first few times I came to this dispensary I had a good experience, quick staff who were friendly and decent weed for decent prices. The most recent two times I’ve been in have been not so great. Last time I went in I preordered my oz, once I got there, there was only one person behind the counter. I always shop med and when I was waiting with other customers I noticed that some people who came in after me were being let in before me. Not a big deal but it did annoy me as I am a med patient AND preordered. Once I made it in (20 mins later) I was informed what I preorder was not available and everything in a similar price range was half the quality, upset but not wanting to cause a scene (and at this point running behind on time) I just accepted the lower quality oz. Today I went in after preordering, and it was much quicker to get in, however the oz I purchased was VERY STEMMY. Almost an EIGHTH of my popcorn oz was stems. At this point I will not be back and will not be recommending this place to my friends. I took pictures of everything so if anyone from this dispensary would like proof I’m happy to provide (I’m not sure if there’s a way to post them with the review). I’ve bought popcorn ozs plenty of times and have never had to sit for 40 mins and RETRIM the weed myself. Just very disappointing. – Jasper Oberlander
bro . Came in here once , late I think the owner and just one other person were there . went cooool. i bragged on them! Honored a price that may have expired the day of or something cool like that. STOKED to come in for 420 girl with curly hair ehh cool. guy working next to her diminished the whole transaction. Last time the price was $15 for what I wanted . I come in with $20 . It’s another price ($33) but I’m like cool I can just use a card. They DONT ACCEPT DEBIT. Cool go to the ATM and get another $20 for $3.45 . I get to the register , it came to $43. 😂😂😂 I’m calling my wife to bring in $1 , which they just allowed the customer in front of me to checkout while they were $1 short. The guy is like you’re going to have to hang up, I hung up . He said like hang up the phone . WHICH I ALREADY DID . it was such an inconvenient experience . If they take their time and hear their customers and understand not everyone KNOWS terminology or things about product like they may— also be transparent about pricing in the starting point this dispensary would be what I thought it was . I visited chronic boutique and overpaid for an ounce from the "top shelf" premium products that contained well over 50 seeds. I'm not exaggerating. Brown/dry "flower" mostly sticks and stems, but enough seeds in the bag that I can just grow my own! Thanks I guess. No, I won't be back. High prices, rude budtenders, highly disorganized place.
