Came in today and was met with extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from an employee named Karina ( old has grey hair like a witch). I simply asked why there was only one person working, and instead of receiving a polite response, I was met with unnecessary hostility and attitude. The interaction escalated to the point where she threatened to block me from the store entirely, which was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. There’s a difference between being stressed or busy and treating customers with basic respect. – Sufyan Elmoumi
