Olivia's knowledge of the products was immediately evident. She guided us through their offerings with clarity and helped us make informed choices tailored to exactly what we were looking for. What stood out even more was Olivia’s patience and professionalism. Even though the dispensary was swamped and it was clear they were down a team member, Olivia never once made us feel rushed. She took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and confident in our selections.
