A bunch of great employees at this place. They were tested with a 1st amendment auditor and passed with flying colors. One awesome employees even brought out a bottle of water to the auditor. Benjamin was so helpful and knowledgeable when I was making my decisions! He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchases and aware of daily specials. He was very friendly, the store was clean and had a wide variety. The girl in the front window was also super friendly. Whoever answers the phones in the Mt Carmel location has NEVER worked customer service before and it shows. Can't answer a single question and is extremely unhelpful. FYI you end calls with I hope you have a great day. Just a tip on professionalism. I have never had a negative experience in person. Ben was extremely nice when I came in the other day. – Elurra

This is what I ordered and when I got home this is what I opened. I have never gotten these before and I don’t even know how many peanut butter cups were supposed to be in there, but you can’t even tell those were peanut butter cups. Not happy. – Dan Riedmatter
