This place is my go to place. If its not the workers there being awesome or the sweet deals they're always running then its the drive thru, so convenient! Yall are always so nice and helpful. I have not had one bad experience there. Wish yall had a loyalty program. Anyways I recommend this place even if its a drive. Trust. Their return policy is wild too, so honest dood. Appreciate them, keep it up. Every person that works there deserves a raise and a high five! – Nicholas Strang
Stopped in there a little later than I meant to the other night. And to be honest with a little nervous with my first time. But the whole place was super chill and everyone was all smiles. But special shout out to Jasmine! She was super helpful and patient with me. Answered all my questions and super knowledgeable! – Brandon Halcomb
The staff is great , product is good, facility clean and nice. I leave a low rating because they used to offer a small and a half O deal of the day every day. I was told the way they were going to offer them was going to change at some point. One day, without warning, the small one disappears. This was personally heartbreaking at the time as I do not have a lot of income and I was expecting it to be available. Now, recently, they've also gotten rid of the half O deal of the day. I'm not trying to say this isn't fair, they were great deals and I understand if those came at a loss, but no communication or warning about this change is unnecessary emotional whiplash. Employees I've talked to don't know anything about it either. So out of this frustration I've experienced, I leave this review. – Timothy Wolf
Pre-ordered online, had confirmation email spent over 45min waiting in drive thru line. They claim that they didn't receive order. THEN I show them confirmation email they sent. Guy says "Well what time did you order because you have to do it by a certain time" Three things that don't make sense… They have 2 drive thru windows but never use both windows which would expedite long wait times which is a ongoing issue for them… 2…. you need to update the "order online" system because its flawed 3…if I have confirmation email and my drivers license why cant you just go get what I ordered by simply walking to your inventory and have me pay for it. It is exactly the same if i would have walked into the store as a flippin customer!! Wouldn't it be better that you make a sale vs pissing off a potential customer??? I cant easily get in and out of my car due to extent of arthritis pain which is why I was there to begin with. You keep operating this way you will continue to lose customers. You lost me as a customer and I will no longer make purchases here. – Megan Benken
A bunch of great employees at this place. They were tested with a 1st amendment auditor and passed with flying colors. One awesome employees even brought out a bottle of water to the auditor. Overall it was a VERY good look for the business. If I'm ever back in OH I will definitely stop in. – Worldwide Darts
