The staff is great , product is good, facility clean and nice. I leave a low rating because they used to offer a small and a half O deal of the day every day. I was told the way they were going to offer them was going to change at some point. One day, without warning, the small one disappears. This was personally heartbreaking at the time as I do not have a lot of income and I was expecting it to be available. Now, recently, they've also gotten rid of the half O deal of the day. I'm not trying to say this isn't fair, they were great deals and I understand if those came at a loss, but no communication or warning about this change is unnecessary emotional whiplash. Employees I've talked to don't know anything about it either. So out of this frustration I've experienced, I leave this review. – Timothy Wolf
I typically hit a dispo around Dayton. The experience I had today makes me sad I’m moving. Will 100% be stopping by any time I’m in town. I have severe anxiety, especially going new places. Was here less than 5 minutes and I walked out having joked with the staff & leaving feeling like I had been a regular for years. It’s clean, modern, comfortable. Also love that the staff prefers to interact with their customers instead of directing them to kiosks/tablets. It was like getting goodies from Bobby down the street that I’ve known since high school and not like going to a “store.” Pricing was great and what little of the products I’ve had the chance to try were also great! Other than the drive through which takes longer than going inside now, not sure why you wpuld go here…. this place has the highest prices and worst deals in the greater cincinnati area. You can literally drive 4 extra minutes to beyond hello and buy the same exact items for cheaper. They also have way better and more consistent sales. The only "sales" they ever seem to have are their shit house brands. The standard is the floor. – Dakota
This place is my go to place. If its not the workers there being awesome or the sweet deals they're always running then its the drive thru, so convenient! Yall are always so nice and helpful. I have not had one bad experience there. Wish yall had a loyalty program. Anyways I recommend this place even if its a drive. Trust. Their return policy is wild too, so honest dood. Staff is always super friendly and fantastic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming and the products they carry are fantastic. Marion is absolutely my favorite person there always absolutely knows just how to help me with everything I need.
