The Gallery Parkland

This company seems to be scamming medical patients. Medical patients buying endorsed products are supposed to get about 45% off from being exempt from excise and sales taxes, yet the effective discount at this store seems to be about 15%, way less than it's supposed to be. A quarter of a Fire Bros brand had a price of $94.99 (which is also way too high) and gave a $14.25 discount down to $80.74, an effective rate of 15.002%. The exact same product at another dispensary (in a much more expensive area) was $54 with a base price around $80. I've been a customer for a long time but this seems to be straight up fraud if it's not just some major error on the part of their POS system. Edit: With no attempt to communicate about any error, The Gallery has banned me from their premises in response to this review. They have been reported to the LCB. – Clayton Canny

Unfortunately, I have to update my review. This place has slowly gone down hill. The stock is great but everyone working there seems miserable… I’m not greeted with cheer or smiles. I’m guessing something is going on behind the scenes with poor management to see such a notable change. The team needs a leader who recognizes and celebrates strengths and wins. I don’t see that happening. Plus. Their building needs major cosmetic work and they let their water-based plants die. Who does that?! Just fill the water up! My business will be going elsewhere, losing the shop between $5-600 a month. Actions or lack there of, have consequences. —- The Gallery is great! The first time I ever bought a vape was from them and I’ve been shopping there ever since. Great selection, cool, helpful staff, and the vibes are always good. They offer lots of different discounts too—there is always something going on! Perfect central location in Parkland. Keep it up! – Mishele Barnett
