I went in and looked at hoodies. Asked to buy an8th. Was Told to leave. She followed me outside and pushed me 3 times. She grabbed for my phone 2 times. Called me names, was aggressive rude and out off line. I have never been treated to rudely. I had to call 911 and make an assult charge ! This place is garbage. The bud tender was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t try make a conversation about the store or products they sell just basically Asked me what do you want and didn’t even look at me just stared and talked to her computer! Asked about edibles and she shot back all we have is this is 23$. Didn’t offer me a menu. To top it off they USE TRIM for the pre rolls! And charge 10$ for a .5g pre roll half filled with stems!! Would be nice to offer a “bud/flower” pre roll. I would not recommend this place at all great location! garbage staff and buds! – R “K1n9” L

The two girls working today were incredibly cold. The girl with the grown out roots shot dirty looks in our direction, and there was a complete lack of professionalism and quality customer service. They gave us the wrong strain that we had asked for, and most importantly- failed to check our ID’s. I left really unhappy, this is the first bad experience I’ve had with a dispo in Anchorage! – Lauren
