I hope this is received more so as feedback vs a complaint. I will continue shopping at TGS outside of learning about fewer issues or better policies at another dispensary. The 7 day policy for defective all in one vapes doesn't seem to cover the issues. I've included a picture of my current collection of vape pens purchased at TGS that are defective. You can see the amount of oil in each. The Bonanza 4g has about a g left. I tested each one when I left the store. They died after the 7 day policy window. The biggest issue is they seem to be gummed up or stop pulling. That's particularly tricky with the Bonanza 4g units. I used to purchased the .3 g Bonaza disposable pens, but they are no longer offered. I went to the Evo Lab Colors device and after a week the light blinks but it doesn't pull. After 2 of those, I tried Seed & Strain. I bought 2 as a deal and the first one stopped working the same day. I purchased 12/31 and tried to return it today with my receipt. That's when I learned about the 7 day window. And, I was at 9 and nothing could be done. I prefer all in one pens when I'm not at home and use a battery and cartridge at home. My only issues have been with the all in one vapes. Again, I like the stores and the people. It's just a little frustrating dealing with their all in one vapes. – Kevin Purvis

Great dispo. Good prices and the staff is super chill, including security. 10/10 service from Ezra tonight. Asked him about additional parking if the lot was full, he straight took me outside to show me where to go, and asked what kind of car I drive to make sure I could fit. An angel. Had the pleasure of meeting newest manager Matthew, what a great attitude and genuinely wants to learn about his customers needs and will help in whatever capacity he can. Thank you for the great discount to replace the vape cartridge that was broken and leaked out most of the product 2 days after purchase.
