This is a great location. Everybody is always very nice. They're knowledgeable about the products and the pricing when in some cases they'll run a month-long special but you're actually better to just buy it at the regular price because the normal one is better. I'm sure somebody in a boardroom decided that was a good idea. Cuz it took a little work for them to figure out why that was. However, it wasn't on this occasion. Everything was great – Patrick Link
Nothing against the employees of this location. I've been a customer at this location for 7 years. Never had any issues with any of the staff. This review is strictly for how Green Solution operates. Their points system is absolutely trash. At some point my points stopped tracking and I would have to have a manager override. Then it happens again and again. This time usually for my birthday, they give out points, which they don't have to. And I am not trying to be entitled. But not on there again. Other dispensaries seem to have their shit together. Why not tgs? Again all the staff here are professional and friendly to be honest one of the best customer service overall. But their systems just make it that much worse for a customer experience. As much as I love working with everyone here. I will not be coming back to any TGS locations. It's not worth it anymore. – Chintushig Choibat
There are a few amazing tenders at this location. I love when I get someone that is knowledgeable about their products. The low star rating is simply because there is a stock issue at this location. The past few visits the shelves are bare except for edibles. I’m not sure what the logic is in their inventory but this is not the place to go for premium flower anymore. – Jacob Kiser
SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE BUT HERE! The Asian lady that works at this location was the rudest bud tender I've ever come across! I was asking about pricing on the 710 concentrate that was in a "Sale" bin. She snapped off and said, "we dont have any 710 on sale." I pointed out the section where there were 3 grams of 710 Persy rosin above a sign that said to "please ask associate for details," trying to get an accurate price. She came around to the outside of the display almost in disbelief and told me as if I were a little child.. "See that little sign that says 30%, that's gonna be the price!" I told her it was a bit confusing based on the exact location where the product was in the case. After I checked out, the disgruntled employee tells me next time, I wont be allowed to come back because im too intoxicated. She said she could smell the alcohol on me and I was stumbling around. I DONT EVEN DRINK ALCOHOL! I was pissed, told the manager, the one missing fingers, and he could care less! Completely unprofessional! – Jesse Palmer
