DO NOT SHOP HERE ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES WAS HELPING MY NEPHEW & MYSELF HE INSINUATED. THAT WE WERE GAY, I CORRECTED HIM ON THE SPOT NO PROBLEM, WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AT THE COUNTER TELLING ME I'M 86 OFF THE PROPERTY ???? I ASK WHY HE REFERS TO THE PREVIOUS DAY I EXPLAINED, HE SAID I'M LYING. NEPHEW EXPLAINED AND RECEIVED SAME TREATMENT….NOW I DID NOT ACT CRAZY OR ANYTHING WHEN I CHECKED OL'Boy … SO MAYBE THE EMPLOYEE WAS GAY AND HE GOT OFFENDED , BECAUSE I TOLD HIM WE WEREN'T. SO I WOULD NOT SPEND MY BLACK DOLLARS AT GREEN SOLUTIONS. P.S THE MANAGER IS AWESOME I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A CARTRIDGE.I HAD BOUGHT AND HE REPLACED IT NO PROBLEM TO BAD , HIS EMPLOYEES ARE NOT LIKE HIM!!! – Steven
Helping out a regular with a bad cartridge shouldn't have been an issue even though it had been three weeks. I did buy 6 at once. SO? WHY SO SERIOUS?… keep your customers happy… ill be telling my friends that go here to move out as well. Im actually happy this happened, went to green dragon down the street because of this, and discovered a better price on the same product. Get your house in order don't tell someone one thing on the phone and another thing in the store. Also it shouldn't be an issue when the bad cartridge is full regardless of purchase date. So I'm out. Updated after reply from owner. Yes I get your return policy but with a regular customer and an unfortunate rare bad cartridge you choose to not help your customer when originally you did on the phone only to say your problem when I got there. SAD YOU CAN MAKE A JUDGMENT CALL AND HELP OUT your customer. BYE I'll get it replaced elsewhere 2/17/26 I felt like adding again to this complaint because I'm still shocked y'all didn't help me out. Been a customer for years and spent thousands of dollars here never asked for a replacement then after a purchase of 6 cartridges with one bad one you tell me to get lost.
