I had a terrible experience here on February 7th I have tried multiple avenues to contact a higher up but I am getting no response. I went in to take advantage of the Seed & Strain cart deal that offered buy 4 or more get 40 percent off I ordered 8 from the budtender and was rang up. The total was $169 I tried explaining to the employee that the deal wasn't working and he tried to tell me I was wrong. When I asked for a manager the employee claimed he was the manager. I finally got him to understand the discount wasn't accurate and he disappeared into the back for a minute or so.(To talk to a real manager id assume)He came back and said the $169 was the best he could do. I ended up receiving far less product than I was anticipating with my monthly budget. I feel like I got the old bait and switch also I feel I was lied to by an employee. Absolutely terrible experience which is disappointing considering this is one of the only dispensaries I use. – Joshua Thompson
Great customer service and location – been going for years. As the years go by i notice less and less quality products and more price hikes. They used to have decent bud and really good vape options but the inflation and their merger/corperate deal that happened a few years back really put this company back. Lowkey probably wont ever go back. The bud is terrible, absolutely terrible, like it shouldn't even be sold, and the other products are just way too overpriced for what they are. Thats no fault to the staff, i just cant justify spending more money on products that are objectively bad quality compared to those standard to the industry. – Kelton Jones
Very high on options. They carry almost every make/brand available in the state of colorado. I was never a fan of Green solution in denver but the staff at this location have changed my mind. The staff at this specific location is why I go to this Green Solutions only. Not rushed, usually not much of a line. The staff are friendly and take thier time explaning and knowledgeable. Rocky Road in thornton is my main choice price wise, but this one is a solid Number 2 choice. – Thomas Branson
