I didn't know the orders got put back out if you didn't pick them up. I couldn't remember what I'd ordered and didn't want to waste her time. Emily was great! Explained everything to me. I got a wonderful product at a great price, she made sure to give me my discount card for $5 off of my next purchase and a leaflet for 420, which I really appreciate.
