I love this dispensary, they have the best deals and I drive over an hour and a half to come here However, this time, the “Shake” was all leaves, stems, and seeds. So I guess either this is a new thing or ymmv as this is maybe the 20th order I get from them and this hasn’t happened before. I will update the review if management makes it right EDIT: Management acknowledged the issue and is providing a discount on my next order. I have increased the rating to 4 stars from 2 – Jay

This use to be my fav dispensary and I would go every 3 day. The tenders knew me and what I like. Then yesterday I went there and I ordered 7 8ths. I had already did the math plus the 20% tax and knew exactly what my bill would be. Well the bud tender tells me my total and it’s completely wrong. I’m thinking did I do the math wrong? We all make mistakes so I said ok did each of those ring up for $10? (I had ordered 7 $10 8ths. She glances at the screen and says yeah they did. So I said ok and handed her my money. She hands me the receipt and bag and immediately I see some rang up for $15. So I say this is wrong they rang up $15. She gets manager and manager tells me there’s nothing she can do! I said so you can overcharge me and I just have to deal with it. She’s like unfortunately yes. I said look at my profile I come here a lot and you’re going to lose a customer over such a small amount? She said sorry there’s nothing I can do. I said u know ur budtender lied right? I asked if it was right. She said yes I know what happened but nothing I can do because you finished the transaction. I even offered to have her just apply it to another item again she said no. Make sure your total is 100% correct before u pay! Don’t trust what they tell you. Oz club is my new go to. – Ranada Murray
