Andrea was Exemplary! (I am a former Registered MA/CA/CO/NV Med./Rec. RMD.) It is refreshing to walk into a dispensary and the customer sales associate is knowledgeable and patient. (Becoming a lot more rare these days, especially in Rec.) Andrea was excellent! Her knowledge, customer service and support were stellar. Her skills have retained me as a consumer! She troubleshot my account and assisted in getting everything up and running and patiently explained all the nuances, which I greatly appreciate, instead of rushing me out the door. I greatly appreciate it, especially being THE Pioneer and author of the original bill and original petition for legal med/rec. cannabis in MA. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hempest has been my go-to dispensary for the past 3 years. I used to live in Springfield, and even after moving to Connecticut, I still make the trip because the deals and quality are always worth it. Even their lower-grade options are amazing! But— Last night I called ahead of time to let them know I’d get there by 9pm(closing) but I was only 3 mins away— and they were still super kind and accommodating to take me and let me pick up my order I placed. This dispensary has, great customer service every single time. I highly recommend,— I hope they open other locations! – Bryanna Rivera

Just got sold a 9 month old preroll that was supposed to be a premium hash hole with rosin. It was a $15 1 gram joint. The packaging said "ethanol extraction." So I recommend if you want to pay $15 for a joint that's been sitting out of climate control for 9 months, and want to get sold hydrocarbon extract infusions when you specifically ask for rosin / hash holes. I didn't just say rosin once, I asked for hash hole or something with rosin. The clerk asked me to confirm rosin or bubble hash, I said rosin. Either way, there was no solventless in these "rosin infused joints." How many stars would you give this purchase? Aside from wasting $36 (for 2 prerolls) these products were so bad it's still cracking me up. These aren't Hempest brand products, but if Hempest is OK with selling 9 month old mystery infusion joints for $15 before tax, the 1 star review is on them. – james

The hempest is my spottttt!! EVERY single time I go, the service is impeccable! Shoutout to Ashleyyyyy and my pink/purple haired twinny twin (I really forgot her name, and please don’t be mad lol. They don’t have the lowest price in MA and they don’t have the best quality for price. You’re better off spending the extra $5,$10,$15 max and getting 100% better quality than what they give you. They do NOT PRICE MATCH. Even tho you can get the same product literally leave 5 to 10 mins down the road cheaper. EMBR down the street and iresinate both have better deals. iresinate you have to get on a sale day but EMBR almost any days has better deals and if they happen to have same product then 100% Embr will have it cheaper. Sadly this isn’t my go to anymore. I use to come here every week for about 2 years. Now I visit other dispensaries. And the limit in MA for Adults just got increased to 2 OUNCES!
