The staff at the Broadway location in Sacramento California. It’s not helpful and choosing products. The two women that work there especially the older one is very rude. Hard to start a conversation with they don’t help when it comes to choosing products. I also felt treated so disrespectfully today when I went there, I normally spend close to $200 every time that I go into that store I also tip and it’s just unacceptable to go into a weed store where everybody looks mean tired and they don’t have the knowledge to help you out in choosing the right products as I was leaving out made easy short conversation with the staff and they responded like, what are you saying? What do you like? They were just very rude. rude and I really don’t appreciate it when I spend my money. I would like to see people that work there that like to do what they do and like coming to work because a lot of times when I go to this place, you see the same two women they’re along with another young man and they don’t help it’s hard to go into a place to buy weed and you’ve got people sitting there almost like rushing you when they have all the time in the world there’s nobody else in the shop. I need this to be looked into because I’m gonna be filing a Better Business. I didn’t even want the stuff that I had bought today. I wanted a refund. I asked the older lady for a refund. She said no we don’t get back refunds after we’ve sold the product, but I never left the store and then I asked her. Can I speak to the owner or have the owner‘s phone number I would like to place a complaint. She said she is the owner and I said no you’re not because I look up online who the owners are and she said I’m one of the owners so now she’s lying. I don’t like people that seem like they come off of the street to work in a weed store. There is some type of professionalism that each workers should have and these two women don’t have it you should set up for spies to come to the store and be very happy and see how they treat them. I’ve went in there several times and probably have spent thousands of dollars since I’ve lived in the area. I will never go there again. Also, I forgot to mention that on my way out of the store, I grabbed one of the cards that looks like a business card since the older woman with the dreadlocks and actually I just found out her name is Gia but after she said that she was the owner I knew that she wasn’t the owner because I had done my research online previously who owns this company but as I was walking outside to my car with My goodies that I bought for $188 I wanted to make sure I have the information so that I could place a complaint with the company and tell them how my experience was as I was walking out. The lady ran out, grabbed the security guard and told him that she needed him to ban me from the store when I’m done nothing but come there and be courteous and spend a bunch of money. – Shay Smith

The only place I'll go. Parking is easy. The wait is minimal. The staff is awesome! (Especially Gia, who i see the most.) Not once have i felt rushed, or a bother. They know their stuff and I always get a great deal!! – Tracy Ciambrone

The old female with the dread locs stole $2 from me. I gave her a stack of $1 bills that I counted to $100 twice before I went there. She put the money in the counting machine (that customers can’t see) and told me it was missing $2 instead of giving the money back for me to count. I gave the petty thief $2 knowing I already gave her $100. And I never went back until years later, saw her again, and stop going again. I was spending several hundred a month. Now I go to Pocket Dispensary where I can order and pay online. – Seeker Of Truth
