I’m here all the time, and this place never misses. Fast, friendly, insanely knowledgeable, and the customer service is always on point 🌱 I never feel rushed or ignored- they actually care and remember you, and have even become like friends It’s basically my corner store at this point and I’m in and out in under 10 minutes every time. The vibe is always solid. What really made me want to leave this review: the other day they were a little low on my usual brands, so I placed an order for 1 Luster pod. One of the guys looks at me and goes, “What are you doing dude? There’s a deal — you get three for the same price.” He canceled my order, redid the new one with me in about 30 seconds. I was still out the door in under 10 minutes. That kind of honesty and care is rare I’ve been to plenty of dispensaries and none compare to this level of consistency and customer service for me. Always a great experience. Amazing place and staff. You can tell they put a lot of thought and creativity in creating cool retail space I always enjoy looking at the forest when I'm there waiting for the medicine man to deliver. Been here a million times as a med patient with a government issued passport. Apparently, state issued drivers license trumps passport here. Rules are not consistent across team members and store locations. Intake will not allow you to purchase Rec with a passport. Very disappointed. I have been a customer since the week the Berea location opened. They have always been great until this “new rule” that applies *sometimes* Side note- the energetic dark haired guy that works there is awesome! Way to go! Keep up the positive energy!
