I don’t write reviews often, but Alex at The Landing Berea absolutely deserves one. From the moment I walked in, her energy was infectious — warm, genuine, and uplifting in a way that’s honestly rare these days. She wasn’t just doing a job; she was truly present and invested in making sure I left happy and taken care of. Alex took her time with me (and I mean really took her time) breaking down terpene profiles, the specific makeups of different strains, and helped me understand exactly what would work best for my needs. The level of knowledge she brought to the conversation was impressive, and she delivered it in a way that felt like talking to a knowledgeable friend rather than a sales pitch. She also walked me through payment options I wasn’t aware of, which was a huge convenience I didn’t expect. But honestly, beyond all the practical stuff — we just had a great conversation. The kind that leaves you smiling long after you’ve left. I drove away feeling genuinely good, and that feeling stuck with me for days. Absolutely amazing experience at The Landing in Berea. The whole place had a great atmosphere, clean setup, and awesome selection, but the real highlight was Alex. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and honestly made the whole experience way better. You can tell she actually cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. She also had a really friendly vibe and made me feel comfortable the entire time. On the other hand, I’ve dealt with Ian before and unfortunately had a completely different experience. Came across rude and dismissive, which really stood out compared to how great everyone else usually is there. But because of Alex, I’ll definitely keep coming back. Stopped in out of chance, left very impressed! I normally am very picky with my products, and I loved how much they knew about what I was looking for. As soon as I mentioned what I wanted, which tends to be very specific, I got a super solid recommendation on the first try! Not only are they familiar with their stuff, they're incredibly friendly as well, and the atmosphere was super relaxed! The layout is really nice with and roomy, and was super clean top to bottom! Cannot recommend them enough if you're in the area, they were extremely pleasant, and I'll definitely be heading back when I'm around next! – Ashley Wolfe

She was friendly and knowledgeable, i felt like she really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find a great product! Would absolutely come back in and recommend the location to others. I haven't changed my name yet so the folks know me by Abby, but man this place rocks so hard. Everyone I've ever met at this dispensary has been so kind and pleasant and knowledgeable. Alex helped me out like an hour ago and she is ALWAYS a delight. This place is always clean, wide open, the displays are neat and tidy, there's a good selection, and the prices are decent.
